週末挟んでるので話題多めです。調達関連では国内ビズリーチが37億円超の調達発表しましたね。金額もそうなんですが、南さんが「もうやると決めたんです」と何度か言葉にされてるのを聞きながら、相当覚悟されたんだなって思いました。
ダボス会議で南さんがジャック・マー氏のクローズドセッションに参加して、40歳という節目をどのようにすべきかという質問をした際、「Just Do it（やりたいことをやりなはれ）」と答えてもらったというくだりとかは本当に胸熱で記事に書きたかったんですが、またポエムみたいになりそうだったのでやめました。
技術統括している竹内さんも2回ほどかな、取材させてもらったんですが、なるほどこの経営陣だったら世界に勝負できるわという布陣です。技術と経営の力をそれぞれの幹部が持ってる、これはメルカリにも言えるんですが、本当に高いレベルで勝負している企業って、もう経営陣がそれぞれ数百億規模の価値がでる企業を経営できるんですよね。
ということでこれまであまりチェックしてこなかったビズリーチ社、しっかり追いかけさせてもらいます。
